Hi,

If the tour guide does not appear in the "performer" footage, then the answer is clearly no.

You need only create a record when the performer is engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, which is defined as actual or simulated:
  • sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
  • bestiality;
  • masturbation;
  • sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
  • lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person, as defined under the Dost standards.
In the context you describe, the tour guide would fit none of these criteria. That being said, she might qualify under Dost if she appeared in a sex scene in a non-sex role.
