Well, in case you haven't noticed, I am here all hours of the days and nights, too - I check GFY (and other key forums) first thing when I get up (before I leave the house for work) and check them just before I go to sleep, too (and considering I usually only go to sleep around 2 am, that gives a very large hour range).
Anyway, our live chat and phone lines are often open a lot earlier than we list as well, but those are the hours that we guarantee they are open. :-)
And my job is 24/7 anyway - no over time hours, cause there are no regular hours :-)
