The rich get rich by employing people to create wealth, and then paying them a fraction of the value they created. This is how capitalism works. Read Adam Smith if you don't want to believe Marx.
If you want to pay less tax then stop supporting foreign wars.
The USA, the richest country in the world has homeless people living in tents and children living in poverty, and health problems that Cuba doesn't have.
