Of course it is not going to happen.
In the unlikely event that they can actually ever recover anything (this will only work with own merchant accounts not ccbill, zombaio or epoch anyway) then they won't be recovering it for free that is for sure.
You also got to wonder how serious a dot co business is...... slightly less than a dot xxx I guess
