Hello Sabina,
I am curious.

- What data are you requesting from the Merchants using your solution?

- How do you legally collect that data since many Merchants are using third party processors (IPSPs) and the end user agreement is between the IPSP and the end user?

- If we are talking credit card chargebacks, name and address information is considered "cardholder data". Are you PCI Level 1 certified?

- My experience from Zombaio is that most of the fraud is affiliate fraud in this industry, which mean that the "bad" affiliate is using real cardholder data from stolen accounts. Who will you go after? The victim or the unknown fraudster?

We have also been the "new guy" here (2007) and I know it is hard with all the questions. You believe so hard in your own product and don't understand why everyone else just don't get it.

But I don't get it, and would really need an explanation.
