I have to post some constructive criticism, as I did on another site. Fact is we bought the software and at this point we are, to put it mildly, disappointed.

The software is half finished, as is the manual (still a v2 one with more important info missing).
The software does NOT easily support theming, because part of the layout is hard-coded in the main files.
The multi-language utility does NOT work beyond Wordpress 2.8 and ASCMS is shipped on a Wordpress 3.0.3 which means more important features, such as multilingual text, does not work in most cases.
The models area show wrong videos/photos for models (bad matching)
The video and photo lists (on a stock copy) mess up the thumbnails
The featured/preview flash code doesn't work out-of-the-box

In short, I wasted 50+ hours on this. To make matters worse, I have had the developer look at some of the things and the only thing he managed to get to work was the images (photo/video sections) that now show the right thumbnail.

The second biggest problem with ASCMS is that he uses Wordpress as a base, but does not use Wordpress code or standards to code the custom parts. Which also means that it is very difficult to get plugins to work, or to adapt it.

The biggest problem however, and this is the one that makes the software worthless... is that it doesn't utilize your video/photo titles and article text for SEO purposes in the tour area. Big big mistake.

We are shopping for something else and see ASCMS as a failure, costing $250 plus 50 hours of frustration on top of the 30-40 hours I spent adding material to it.
