Oh so its not a figment of my imagination either...
Still getting denials with no email notifications.... tier 2 tech said he went over my client account thoroughly and found nothing wrong with any of our settings.
Of course thats standard script "nothing is wrong everything is fine" but my stats say different...
looking at about 6 or 7 denials this past week, with no email notification and no decline or denial reason in the admin.
Support was contacted 3-4 days ago, they assured me they would get right back and even sent an email saying they were looking into it but........
still no official reason for the missing emails and lack of denial/decline data in admin....
