I've set the join page to cascade straight to CCBill for now while I evaluate the pre-join form, etc..Have also corrected the broken link in the tour nav which can't have done me any favours.
To femdomdestiny and any other Cash 4 Kicks affiliates who may not have got recent mail from me, the new NATS program is a CCBill program and I'll re-iterate that all old affiliate links will still work. All affiliates should have received notification that they have been imported into NATS along with details of how to reset your password.
