That is very useful and eye opening post. Thanks... But in my scenario I'm assuming that these factors stay the same.
Although some comparison of their relative importance to PageRank would be interesting.

I just wanted to know if google discounts links from sites with the same IP, whois or where it assumes that the owner is the same.
