ICM's view on adult content and it's accessibility is quite clear. Rather than quote several long paragraphs of text, may I point you to about dot xxx and the subfolder of the same name?
Site labeling will make it easy for parents wishing to keep adult content away from their minor children will find it very easy to block the entire domain. Consumers wishing to find specific content that is of interest to them will find that easier to do as well, with clear and precise domain names as well as on search dot xxx.
If I didn't answer your concerns, please forgive me, but I'm having some difficulty understanding your argument.

I dont want to highjack TS his thread but it seems that your company can not even do the things they promise in emails let alone better the internet.
Your way of thinking of censoring everything is very dangerous indeed exactly what the governments are trying to do as well atm.
There is nothing wrong with the internet in my eyes so no need for ripoffs like .XXX.
100 dollar for a domainname OMG.
If it is only about the money as you claim it is then you can keep the money you extorted of mostly non-adult companys who had to buy their company.XXX name.
Because frankly anyone invested thousends, tens of thousends or even millions and thousends of hours in a pornsite isnt gonna change to a .XXX and redo or throw away everything only because it is easyer for pornsurfers to find.
If you try a google search you will find how easy it is actualy to find what you need. Weather it is porn or childgames.
There are filters to block porn way long ago just as there are labels to label your pornsite wich are implemented by all major search engines already.
And yes many Creditcard billers already require you to have this label embedded in the html.
Any kid or adult wich is not alowed to surf for porn will find it very easy to use a proxy to go around your scam.
Again your company does state all the time that this is the solution to prevent childporn and children seeing porn.
This goal can only be achieved if every website is behind the global .XXX censor wall.
Your goal can therefore only be achieved by making it mandatory sooner or later.
Wich will destroy everything i have worked hard for
Oh and then "clear and precise domain names".....
So now you do not only want to censor the internet use trackers on every .XXX but also decide if someone is using a "clear and precise" domainname for his website?
What will happen if someone is using a domainname wich is not "clear and precise" ?
