For some reason I have drastically reduced caffeine use in the past half decade
I use to drink pots of coffee at a time and have an ice box full of coca cola
Now I will half 1/4 of a glass of coca cola or a watered down coffee now and then
Not sure why
Caffeine does not seem to make me "not sleep" like most people, too
