English-speaking call center operator needed
Pharmaceutical network needs a call center operator.
Everyday some transactions are being rejected due to different bank problems.
The operator's goal is to call these customers and advise them of a rejected transaction and how to remedy the situation.
There are about 10 rejected transactions a day between 12AM and 8PM U.S. time zones.
We don't need an operator to sit around for 8 hours, rather squeeze all these 10 rejections into 1-2 hours and arrange all the calls during standard US middle day time.
Native English speakers required.
