i presume you will componstate site owners if you fail to provide the service you offer. and from what i gather part of the overprced cost on the domain incl;udes these servises.
so are you guranting that if somone buys a .xxx they will make sales from it? and f not will get a full refund plus compensation?

That's the beauty of the scam.
ICM can promise you a billion dollars but if they don't pay you agree that you can't hold them liable for anything when buying your domain.
While the customer may agree not to sue them, the FTC can ... so if you buy a domain and are not immediately delivered all that was promised pre-launch, file a complaint at ftc.gov.
Once 100 or more people file a complaint they will get the attention of the FTC.
