anyone who even considers synthetic capsaicin to be food has never really messed with it.
My brother works at zatarains and has told me of the burns people get fooling with crab boil at the factory, and thats the EDIBLE versions of the stuff lol my sister in law was burned by it had to go to hospital and treated on hands and arms.
