Anybody else have these?

I have been so bad the last few weeks I am scared to go to sleep.

I feel like I am fully awake and then hear things running around under my bed.

It gets worse because then I feel like I have woken up for real and it starts again, over and over. I spend most of the day wondering if I am awake or asleep. Am I actually posting this?

I should have got over this shit when I was 10 years old.
