Ok, I am on some real bad drugs right now. I got two Big Macs using a 2 for 1 coupon. I never thought about MSG. I decided I felt so good lately, (I do all my own cooking from scratch most of the time) they couldnt hurt me and would try them one last time. I have noticed the bad effects before.
So right now after 2 Big Macs in 2 days and extra sleeping (a side affect) I feel totally dumbed down like I lost some brain cells. Which I know is the main thing MSG does to us. It literally kills brain cells due to chemically exciting them to death.
I feel mentally logey.
Their ingredients sounds reasonable. After all, they put all their "good nutrition" on the boxes now. High in fat, yes but, "two 100% all beef patties", pickles, onions, cheese and white flour in the buns. So what could be so bad? MSG.
So I look up and see that McD's is full of MSG in almost all items but for sure in Big Macs espec in the special sauce. THAT is what has been making me feel like "mental crap" after eating Big Macs.
A bunch more fast food outfits use MSG as well espec KFC with Burker King the second worst. I also noticed BK really fucks me up mentally.
"Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell, every restaurant, even the sit down ones like TGIF, Chilis', Applebees and Denny's use MSG in abundance.
It is also heavily linked to obesity."

So if you are like many of the masses and are walking around in a catatonic, dumbed down state of mind, now you know why.
cat·a·ton·ic (adj): marked psychomotor disturbance that may involve stupor or mutism, negativism, rigidity, purposeless excitement, and inappropriate or bizarre posturing.
It might be to my advantage to have everyone in adult dumbed down LOL but that wouldn't be nice.

So avoid the MSG totally as I plan to do. It is some bad shit and really does mess you up mentally.
Boycott the food conglomerates who knowingly hurt your mental health to squeeze out more profits.
Here's to natural living and real foods.
