The "declare war" was just theatrics.
I am trying to avoid it and normally do. I never realized it was in almost all fast food. Though I should of I suppose.
A better title might be, "Fast Food is Full of MSG" That was more the point of this thread.
I always mess the title cause I do things fast and never know where I am really going for sure.
Point was to share the list. 2nd one is pretty good. Some of us want to avoid it.
