Or they are not that desperate to sell traffic.
Maybe you're in the line and when a spot becomes available, you might get mail.
Of course I'm assuming you sent it from an email address that would make them think you're a serious player. Not a freemail or something that looked small.
Still a curt reply would be polite what ever the situation.
