Why would you tell your customers what they pay makes a difference?
Shouldn't your system take care of that?
And that background image (or more correctly thousands of mini-images) was just annoying. You can't let the background take all attention, and this background will also strain the viewers eyes. Make a calm background that's NOT stealing the attention.
The only thing you want your customer to wear out is his left or right hand. Not his eyes.
And you only update every other saturday? I wouldn't pay a cent for that!
You also say somewhere that you have "hundreds of customers, and growing".
Don't be modest. Either you say nothing about the number of customer or at least use the word thousands.
My native language is not english and I'm no expert in the English language either.
Your text is way to 'wannabe' cool. It's easy to spot that you're not living in Bronx (or wherever you want the customer to believe you are).
And out of curiousity, what content-system do you use?
