As retarded as it is, I'm still hoping they win out, Cowboys lose out, and Giants split their remaining two games to give the Eagles the NFC East title. I know they'll fall in the playoffs; but I hate seeing them not even make it.
I'm biased, but after today's blow-out of the Jets, I'm thinking this is the way the Eagles defense was supposed to be playing all season long. Leave it Philly to wait until there's only three games left to play with some heart and determination.
As an Eagles fan, I'm used to saying this, but, there's always next year.
