I manually review all new affiliate accounts at
RadicalCash. Normally I try to contact the webmaster by ICQ/IM or email before approving the accounts. In some cases I never get a response, and the account never gets approved.
For every 10 affiliate signups we get, I approve maybe 2 of them. The fraud with affiliates is out of hand these days.
