Hi To All,

I'm new to this forum and thought I might be able to get some genuine insight regarding working as a studio/agent for various webcam sites.

I've researched many and have narrowed it down to three of what appear to be the biggest sites that allow direct payouts to agents (not 10% commissions) like most.

I'm curious to know of anyone's successes or failures in this area. I use to own an adult oriented talent agency a while back and have plenty of experience recruiting and managing talent. I have never worked in this particular arena before (webcam sites) so I'm just trying to get some idea of what is realistic in terms of the actual money making potential.

Is anyone on here actually making money with this (not affiliates) but actual agents that do their own recruiting and payouts?

I was planning on recruiting ten models to start, not sure if that's too low of a figure to make the money I need. Any tips/info would be much appreciated!
