I'm writing for my female friend. She's an excellent flash designer.

She makes all kinds of professional flash creatives: banners, pre-rolls, graphics for games, whatever. Lots of different samples will be emailed to interested employers.

She doesn't do complicated AS programming, and usually works together with a flash programmer, but of course she can make simple things.
