I have just finished my new dedicated server setup with them. Everything went fine. Leon helped me with all the special requirements I had, including complete site transfer from the old hosting account with DBs and scripts. He replies emails every day and was working even on the Dec 31st just to make everything work ASAP ;-)
There is 100% satisfaction so far on my side. Contact them for a nice deal!
..forgot to add that they set up and configured custom control panel (unsupported) for me without asking any fees for it.
