Log on to Linkspun and look in your requests.
Click on 'View Trade" from a request.
Look at his list of URLs available and choose one, then click 'Add to Request'
Choose which of your URLs you want him to link to in the drop-down box, then choose your anchor text.
Hit 'Submit'
