Yes, and that's exactly the point.

They crafted the amendments to the NDAA in such general terms, and so open ended that ANYBODY, and EVERYBODY can be targeted at any time for any reason. -Mission accomplished!

Not even Hitler codified such things into law.

..Now, with S. 1698 (The "Enemy Expatriation Act") introduced in the Senate they are going to strip nationality from any US national that "supports hostilities against the United States." .... Wait, "supports hostilities" what does that mean? Maybe it COULD apply to a "pornographer supporting terrorism through their online adult business" as you say.
