As far as you getting declines at an ATM machine I would be more than happy to look at your account to see why you are getting the decline. So if you would can you please email me
[email protected] with your account name.
Also the same for the decline you are getting at a website. Most websites do not have an issue accepting prepaid mastercards. Some websites do place a little more security on their processing than others and unfortunately prepaid cards tend to get declined at these merchants. It is nothing that we are doing but again if you provide me with your account name I can tell you why it was declined.
I can assure you we are not ripping anyone off and we take issues and comments like this very seriously so please do email me with your account information so I can take care of you.
