Uh. I explained to you months ago Alex. You can't do it in Australia - it's illegal. It's not even a gray area it's 60 foot high flashing letters ILLEGAL.
Also where is Chargebacks Ltd registered ? Where is the AFSL license number, the FSA licence number for your shady operation.

Actually Nalem, I'd like more information on this too. How exactly do you collect chargebacks?
We have our own fraud management software that alerts us anytime something looks weird about a purchase and sometimes we call the card holder. I am really good picking out the scumbags to have CLEARLY pulled the so-called "friendly fraud" scam (Married guy gets caught buying porn, plays dumb to his wife, insists he didn't buy it, charges back).
I have tried various techniques to recover the losses but it is time consuming and the success rate is low.
Can you tell me how your company does it and the risks and rewards might be to send our chargebacks to you?
Also, AdultKing: Can you tell me why what Nalem wants to do is illegal in Australia? I hadn't heard that before. Is it illegal for any merchant to try to collect from chargebacks in Australia? Or is it only illegal for firms "hired" by merchants? I would really appreciate your input too.
Thanks!
