Come on man, do you really think it would help anything? Every time this discussion comes up we have people dropping in to say "It's only for overseas sites dedicated to piracy, don't worry!"
Well guess what, there are already laws to stop sites dedicated to piracy regardless of where they are from. How many domains has the government seized in the last few years? They are extraditing people for LINKING to infringing sites which is a complete crock of shit. Why do they need this amazing new law to keep doing what they are doing anyhow? They don't.
