My experience with sites so far is limited to TGPX, TubeX, and Wordpress (I started last year), but I'm trying to break away from that with my next project which is going to be a specific fetish webcam site that I would prefer not to set up with Wordpress.

Does anyone have a recommended script / CMS for a webcam site. For someone on a budget of under $100?
