Greetings GFY, First off I would like to start out by saying I do NOT want to use an outsourcing company. For the rates they charge I would be able to hire someone in the US at 8 bucks an hour AND who would do a better job.
I need at least 1 employee to start, 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Monthly Salary along with commission. Must speak English well (not perfect) and also have a decent internet connection. I would eventually like to scale up to 10-15 employees, adding 5 more the second month.
I will spend time training you in along with documentation you can look over for the job.
