I found these great recipe PDF's from ATK on a wine website, see:

I'd like to see if they have more of these especially the ATK recipes, but my searching skills are apparently lacking. Any help or tips?

The fried chicken recipe is delicious, I make it pretty regularly, but end up having to find someone who paraphrased the recipe, or watching the video they sometimes offer up and writing down the amounts of the ingredients. These are great to print off.

Buying a membership at ATK is a bit of a tourist trap, as there's like several levels of membership so even if you're a member you get frustrated that you can't access everything.
