havent been to usa in a while but i recall there was a 'no hot food' policy on ebt cards. the game many hood folks would run is to buy up all the chicken and ribs at the discount grocery store with their ebt card and have weekend barbeques on the corner and sell the barbeque. asians did the same, except they shopped at their own little asian grocery stores with ebt to supply their restauraunts. but just buying hot food outright at fast food, thats a new twist. i dont think that has hit florida yet, but again im not stateside... who knows wtf is going on there
