No and No. Personal checks carry much higher rate of "chargebacks" that credit cards, thus you cant use this form of payment. You can easily take rebate check from Dell Computers and use their routing number and account for this membership. Ofcourse it will be illegal to use the name of Dell Icorporatski while purchasing membership, thus invalidating conceptual agreement to use content on your own tube site or creating your own clips3sale store.
So, I would highly suggest you use your own credit card.
Trust me, I've done this many times before.
