Kinda agree with Voodoo on this one, your "Payment is paid once the job is completed and fully tested on my server. Too many scams going on with programmers who take initial deposits and I never hear from them again." is exactly what happened to some webmasters one they have the job done...
For a nice share ask for an ETA and then establish multiple payments.
if ETA is 10 days and budget is $200 then 5 payments, so you are both in a win/win situation
