Like I said, I buy them from GFY members, alot of trustworthy members of the site, these folks are good guys who just have no use for them or they have shut down their sites. Whatever their reasons for selling the templates, it's not for me to judge the reasons for them selling it. I complete the sale and that's the end of it.
Again, my intentions are legit, maybe I should start asking more questions when I buy them in the future but up until this thread started to get out of hand, and I had a chance to read the TOS, I never thought there was a problem with anyone selling their copy of the template. Again, I don't know if these people got consent or not. I assume they do since I doubt these GFY'ers, most pretty respectable folks, I don't see them trying to scam me and sell me something they know they are not supposed to sell.
