And here in the south, the shitty government we have now and SUPREME COURT JUDGES think that there is too much people in PRISON and thus they free them after 5 years, and after killing a whole family...
The current government thinks that "SERIAL ASSESINS and CRIMINALS" are victims of our society, thus they hardly put them in prison... Basically to win the votes of the slums and shanty towns, where criminals are kings and get the vote of the whole shitty neighbor.
