Technically speaking, anybody anywhere in the world can carry concealed but that doesn't make it legal. Kinda funny that some people here are more concerned with my legal ability to carry than about the convicted felons who carry illegally.

36 States think it's OK for me to carry in them. The way I see it, State and Federal laws trump personal opinions.
Its not that I think you shouldn't be able to carry it. Its just my general experience of the average person being stupid and or quick to anger. I'm not saying you are but I really can't imagine the average person actually being a responsible gun carrier.
