What a helpless situation to be in. Earthquakes scare the shit out of me for that reason.
Tornado - I can take shelter. You usually know when they are coming.
Floods / Hurricanes - You usually know they are coming and can prepare or leave. You get a warning.
War - You can usually leave the war zone or hide in a bunker. You will probably have some warning before your country goes to war.
Earthquakes - No where to run. No where to hide. You are at the mercy of the planet and all of the falling debris around you. There is no warning.
