Yeah, the sex pistols did is first. Well, John Lydon did anyway and his letter of refusal was great. Of course, the Hall of Fame still put them in and uses the letter in their tour video.
I sort of hated that place when I visited. Which is bad considering how much I am into music but there was just so many frustrating things about it that I ended up just walking out there thinking that everybody has their own hall of fame of music and that is the way it is intended to be.
