I can see you have taken offence to my wording in this post.
If i'm going to take on all the risks that come with hiring/mentoring/developing someone.
Why would my starting point be any less than where I am now?
They should have the drive, ambition and raw talent to at least match me, if not exceed me.
We have no beef harvey.. lets keep it that way. x
