Funny. Nobody is forcing them at gunpoint to use Groupon. What would they be specifying as damages?
Sounds like since they clearly agreed to it, they should be suing themselves... for their own stupidity.
Speaking of Groupon... we bought a waterproof camera encasement several months ago... it's never showed up. I think when the small 1 person shop signed up to sell 10,000 of them, they MAY have gotten a little overwhelmed. It amazes me that people sign up for this stuff without actually calculating what it means for the bottom line. What's there to be upset about except for their own ignorance?
