As a general rule, germination rates drop 10% per year... so they are good for quite a few years. Keep them dry and they'll stay good longer. Wheat berries found in giza pyramids where still viable today, so they can be good a long time if dry enough!

Also generally the bigger the seed, the longer they last. All plants are different.
