Legally, I think it's questionable. Newspapers do exercise some editorial control, but more importantly some escort ad sites have had legal trouble so there's no need to encourage someone to call the cops or DA. Even in the cases where the escort site "won" a legal battle it wasn't a pleasant experience.
PS - The to get an appropriate attorney is six months BEFORE you open an escort site. Pandering carries real jail time.
