That part in bold - big red flag right there! Wow, they're looking for money...

As many others have already said, likely best to, NOT reply back. Ignore any further correspondence.

In the future, consider verifying all phone numbers - lots of ways of doing that, including various automated services (legally, likely the safer route verses manually doing it; maintains consistency and to avoid any conversation that could be used against one later) that calls the phone number and provides a verification code to enter in on a website, etc.
