In our biz it is (near) impossible to garnish wages becasue we dont get a wage. Simple as that. Yes a judge could order payments IF i was making good money. But I am not so depositions are really of no concern.
Still it would cost LOTS more to get money from you as an adult wm and a sole prop.
IF you are a corp ALL I say does not apply to you. You are pretty much fucked. Congrats, corps arent always your friend. Yeah you dont lose money but the corp much more easily does. Exemptions do NOT apply to corps only to people.
There is no wages in this biz so EVEN if you are making say $3K/Mo they have a tough time getting your cash.

And it is totally IMPOSSIBLE to petition a foreign country for wage garn.
So yeah, I am really surprised they sued me.
Know why? Cause I NEVER communicated with any of them EVER. CC company is pissed so they are paying to flush me out and see if I have $$$.
