Just to clarify, this is someone who was just caught attempting to steal content.
He ordered content from us, the content was available for download. He downloaded it all, then stated he was unhappy with the quality of some of the content and wanted a refund. So we agreed and issued him a refund for the content he decided was not good enough quality.
This morning he hits us up asking for the 2257, we ask him, please provide the titles you "decided to keep" and his reply was to include all the content, PLUS the content he was refunded on. He also states that he was able to find "better quality" content (the ones he was refunded for) on xhampster. So basically this guy is implying he downloaded stolen content and would like 2257 for it so he can use it eventhough he was refunded. Not Cool!!!
