Hey Marty... sorry I didn't reply I was out of town but I still was handling your issue... as you know I told you I would stick by you until this was resolved... I didn't place this order with Marty, it happened months before I came around, but I did tell him that I would stick by him until it was resolved either way... I tried getting the content you requested from the studio who promised to have it all and didn't, so when that didn't work out I told Marty I would work on getting his refund... I wish things could happen over night, but sometimes they don't... It once took me over a month just to get Playboy to send a fucking $100 epass payment... Sometimes these things take time, and sometimes they happen quickly... I did not have control over Marty's account so all I could do is by best to make sure he was taken care of and he was...
I am very happy you got the refund Marty and I enjoyed talking to you, I only wish I could have handled this account from the beginning because I would have refunded you right away and you would still be a client... that is what pisses me off more about the mess, and bullshit, that has happened over the past year before I came around... The udder stupidity in the way the idiots before me treated clients cost this company more money and lost a lot of clients and word of mouth sales, which are HUGE... I have been around for the past 4 months and I am slowly getting all these past issues taken care of... When Playboy bought Adult.com and fucked up Playboy Cash when they did Playboy Webmasters it took over 8 months to turn shit around, and AFSC was fucked up for well over a year before my presents... Everyone I have promised to resolve their issue I am slowly, but surely, making it happen, but I am doing it...
If you have an issue that is unresolved hit me up and I will stick with you until you are taken care of... Sometimes it can be a quick fix and other times it may take a bit of time, but I will do it... I've never lost a client and I don't intend on starting that now... Just too bad the idiots before me didn't have that attitude... There would have been a lot more customers coming back for more... but when you have people who have zero knowledge of how to treat customers and zero knowledge on how the importance of having reoccurring customers are to a business, the company loses both money and reputation...
When I started I told everyone that I was aware that AFSC had a lot of issues, I never denied that, then I read some of the emails threads from a few customers, my mind was blown away on how really clueless those people were... It was almost as if they would rather fight a customer and falsely accuse them, more than make money... This is the perfect example... Marty will never order again, and if they would have taken care of him in the first place, all this drama would not have happened, and Marty would be placing another order by now, so there you have it, lost money, lost client, negative impact on business reputation... but it made me want to help these clients, and AFSC, even more... It's a lot to balance, taking care of past issues, making sure all orders placed now are done right, and building a good reputation out of a shitty one... But it's not impossible, and I've seen a lot of companies on this board do it, so it can be done... AFSC is not taking the chicken shit way out by changing their name and starting over, they want to face their issues, and fix them... I stick with the customer and make sure they are taken care of, one day at a time...
