Hello All,
I did the work for this guy, Fred Franks.
After i made the work and he agreed that everything is ok, he "forgot" to pay 70$.
The package was 145$ for two websites(i only finished one, he was changing servers and he asked me to wait for the second one) and two banners i did for him(he didn't pay for those either)
For about one week i keep hearing excuses for not being able to pay(but not being able to bring any hard proof about any of them), he had time to cancel my money request 70$.
