Quickest way to lose 14 pounds?
Whats the quickest and simplest way to lose 14lbs of weight?
Allowing for the fact that it is excess weight to begin with, and although crash diets are not really a good thing, as a on ime, once off thing, it shouldn't be an issue.
In advance of the expected replies, amputating a leg or arm, or starving myself until I pass out are NOT an option. Just a one-time quick fix?
